Client Bookkeeper / back-office administration officer
We are seeking to recruit a Client Bookkeeper / back-office administration officer to join our team based in Larnaca. The successful applicant will posses a minimum of 1+ years’ relevant experience in client accounting/bookkeeping and speak excellent, fluent English & German.

Key Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Bookkeeping and accounting of financial transactions using Sofia software for international clients
  • Assisting in Preparation and submission of VAT returns and VIES.
  • Assisting with Preparation of payroll reports
  • Dealing with financial paperwork and filing
  • Liaising and maintaining cooperation with all service providers: auditors, advisors, administrators, bankers
  • Administrative functions and office management duties
  • Any other duties allocated by the Head of the Department
  • Assist with client due diligence and KYC procedures for corporate clients and individuals
  • Maintain and update all relevant records of both corporate and natural individuals in the corporate software system

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Ideally educated with Degree level in Accounting/Finance or related field
  • A minimum of 1 years of relevant experience in the field of Accounting from within the profession
  • Experience in International Accounting will be considered as an advantage
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft office
  • Knowledge of Sofia (accounting and stock control software) is essential
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English & German (Written & Spoken)
  • Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Good team player with a strong work ethic
